These Terms of Service and General Conditions of Sale govern your access to and use of MS Endpoint Academy's training platforms, exam simulators, and coaching sessions. By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Purpose & Scope of Service
MS Endpoint Academy provides specialized online training, artificial intelligence-assisted practice exams, and mentorship programs for IT professionals preparing for Microsoft Cloud, Endpoint, and Security certifications (including MD-102, AB-650, AZ-104, AZ-900, and SC-300).
2. User Accounts & Access License
Upon purchasing a subscription or single exam pass, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access our platform resources:
- Individual Use Only: Access licenses are granted exclusively to the named account holder. Sharing login credentials, proxying access, or multi-user utilization of a single account is strictly prohibited.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Anti-Abuse Enforcement: Any simultaneous access from multiple geolocations or anomalous session activity may result in automated account locking pending verification.
3. Subscriptions, Trials & Payment Terms
We offer several access models as displayed on our Pricing page:
- Free 7-Day Trial: Qualifying subscriptions include a 7-day free trial period. No charges are applied during the trial, and you may cancel at any time before the trial ends directly from your dashboard or Stripe portal.
- Recurring Subscriptions: Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
- Transparent Pricing & Invoices: All prices are displayed clearly in Euros (€). Following each successful transaction, a deductible VAT-compliant invoice is generated and emailed to your registered address.
4. Intellectual Property & Anti-Scraping Protection
All educational content hosted on MS Endpoint Academy—including 1,500+ practice questions, detailed answer rationales, diagrams, code scripts, and curriculum architecture—is the proprietary intellectual property of MS Endpoint Academy and protected under international copyright law.
5. Independent Provider Disclaimer
Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Azure, and Microsoft Defender are registered trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. MS Endpoint Academy is an independent educational training provider and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially endorsed by Microsoft Corporation.
6. Service Availability & Maintenance
We strive to maintain 99.9% platform availability. Planned maintenance operations will be announced in advance when possible. We shall not be held liable for temporary interruptions caused by upstream cloud providers, local connectivity issues, or scheduled emergency security patches.
7. Account Termination & Cancellation
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time with 1 click via your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, during which your access remains uninterrupted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms (including account sharing or scraping attempts).
8. Limitation of Liability
Our training materials and AI simulations are engineered to provide realistic preparation for official certification exams. However, MS Endpoint Academy does not guarantee that taking our practice exams will result in passing an official Microsoft exam. In no event shall MS Endpoint Academy be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. In the event of any disagreement or dispute, parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before submitting the matter to the competent courts of Paris, France.
