1. 7-Day Free Trial Period (€0 Charged)
All new Pro SaaS plans include a 7-day free trial. Your payment details are secured via Stripe at checkout, but no funds are debited (€0 charged).
You can cancel your trial anytime from your Billing tab before the 7 days expire. Zero charges will occur.
If you have questions or want a custom retention offer (e.g. -30%), you can message the instructor directly from your billing portal.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (After First Paid Charge)
Once your first paid cycle is processed (following the 7-day trial or upon direct purchase), you are protected by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
- Submit requests directly from your account without administrative friction.
- Reviewed and processed within 24-48 business hours by our instructors.
- Funds returned within 5 to 10 business days to the original Stripe payment card.
3. Fair Use & Issued Certificate Terms
To safeguard the academic credibility of our official credentials and prevent opportunistic usage:
Credential Clause: If a student has completed an official mock simulator (scoring 70% or higher) and generated their certified completion diploma or badge, the service is deemed fully delivered with success. Retroactive monetary refunds will not be granted in this case.
Note: This does not restrict students from disabling future renewals to prevent subsequent cycles.
4. Live Training, Bootcamps & Coaching
For live instructor-led reservations (Microsoft Teams, custom mentoring):
100% full refund or free date rescheduling.
Non-refundable seat reservation; transferable to next cohort.
